The Circle of Inclusive Cultures

Inclusion moves faster together.

A corporate membership community bringing organisations together to learn, exchange experience and advance inclusive workplace cultures.

Two leaders. One shared purpose.

25+ years of Avtar.
40+ years of Seramount.

For decades, Avtar and Seramount have worked with organisations committed to building workplaces where people can contribute, belong and thrive.

Their experience spans research, benchmarking, consulting, learning and organisational practice, giving CIC a strong foundation of evidence and lived experience. Together, they bring a shared belief that meaningful progress happens when organisations learn not only from experts, but also from one another.

The foundation

From benchmarking to collective action.

More than a decade of building collective intelligence.

Since 2016, Avtar and Seramount have partnered on the Best Companies for Women in India (BCWI) and Most Inclusive Companies Index (MICI) studies. The studies created a trusted platform for organisations to benchmark progress, understand leading practices and learn from one another.(Participation in BCWI or MICI is not a pre-requisite for CIC Membership.)

But benchmarking tells only part of the story. It tells organisations where they stand. The next question is: How do we move forward—together?

CIC extends this foundation into an ongoing community experience where members bring questions, exchange practical experience, learn from successes and setbacks, and address challenges that are difficult to solve in isolation.

From insight to action

From recognition to progress

From individual effort to collective intelligence

Why CIC?
Why CIC

Inclusion should not be built in isolation.

Organisations are navigating increasingly complex workforce expectations, diverse employee experiences and the need to make inclusion part of everyday culture.

The knowledge gap

Limited access to cross-industry research and peer-validated insight can slow progress.

Siloed efforts

Initiatives remain within organisational boundaries, limiting shared learning and accountability.

Redundant work

Without trusted peer networks, organisations reinvent solutions others have already tested.

Limited peer inspiration

Organisations miss the opportunity to learn directly from peers navigating similar challenges.

CIC brings organisations into the same conversation so experience can be shared, ideas challenged and practical solutions moved faster across the ecosystem.

The CIC experience

Three pillars. One connected community.

The Circles

The community gives you breadth. The Circles give you depth.

Move from broad inspiration to focused dialogue with peers who understand your role, responsibilities and context.

Your organisation does not have to solve inclusion alone.

The experience, insight or solution you need may already exist within the Circle.
