Terms of Use

The terms that apply when accessing the CIC website and member portal.

Last updated: 18 August 2026

Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the Circle of Inclusive Cultures (“CIC”) website or member portal, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use CIC on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

CIC membership

Website enquiries and applications do not guarantee membership. Membership access, benefits, fees and duration may be governed by a separate agreement or written confirmation issued to the member organisation.

Account responsibilities

Members must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Accounts may not be shared except where CIC has expressly permitted it.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload harmful material, infringe another party’s rights or use CIC content for unlawful purposes.

Content and intellectual property

CIC website content, research, learning materials, branding and member resources are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Access does not transfer ownership. Materials may be used only for the purposes and audience for which they are provided.

Confidential member discussions

Certain circles, roundtables and member resources may be confidential. Participants are responsible for respecting any confidentiality conditions communicated for those activities.

Third-party services

CIC may link to or integrate with third-party websites and services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

Availability and disclaimers

We aim to keep CIC services available and accurate, but availability may occasionally be interrupted. CIC content is provided for general information and learning and is not legal, financial or professional advice.

Suspension or termination

CIC may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect members, enforce these terms, address misuse or meet legal and contractual obligations.

Changes

These terms may be updated when CIC services or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with its effective date.
